Cost includes but is not limited to your costume, sponsored goodies, light breakfast prior to the jump, light snacks during the jump, unlimited premium drinks, drink runners, professional and friendly security, 2 music truck featuring the best DJs, cool down a/c bus, medical services, restrooms, full lunch menu post jump.
Costumes remain the property of Zulu International Inc. until paid for in full and collected.
Please note that carnival costumes are custom-made items. There will be NO exchange or switching of sections, NO changing of measurements or sizes, NO costume transfers, NO returns/exchange accepted after collected costume has been signed for in good condition.
All balances must be paid on or before July 1 2026. NO cash/card will be accepted at distribution. Costumes with balances after July 14th will automatically be uploaded for resale.
If someone is collecting your costume on your behalf, log into your account, add them as a user ensuring that a profile photo is added of them before they come to collect.
Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Any complaints/reports that may occur on August 3 2026 must be submitted no later than 7 days after said date unless otherwise deemed as invalid. Photographic/Video evidence is needed where necessary.
Zulu International Inc. is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of substitution, alteration, postponement, or cancellation of an event due to causes beyond its control including without limitation, acts of God, natural disasters, sabotage, accident, trade or industrial disputes, terrorism, or hostilities.
